A few things to know

Where can I use these fonts?

Use the text for a display name or server nickname. Discordโ€™s unique @username accepts only lowercase Latin letters, numbers, underscores and periods. Individual styles still need checking on your device.

Do I need Discord Nitro?

You donโ€™t need Nitro to generate or copy this Unicode text. Discordโ€™s own Display Name Styles are a separate Nitro feature with fonts, colors and effects. This tool does not unlock those features.

Are these font files or Markdown?

Neither. The tool replaces supported letters and digits with Unicode characters that you can copy. It does not install fonts or change Discordโ€™s interface. Chat Markdown uses syntax such as **bold** and works differently.

Why do some characters stay the same?

These styles mainly support English letters. Some have no matching digits. Chinese, accented letters, emoji and combined characters stay intact, so mixed text may include both styled and unchanged characters.

Will the text look the same everywhere?

Not always. Devices and apps use different fonts, and some characters may appear as boxes or be harder to read with assistive technology. Check the pasted text in Discord. Client compatibility testing is still in progress.

What happens to the text I enter?

Conversion happens in your browser. This tool does not upload or save your input. Refreshing clears it. When you choose Copy, the displayed result is written to your deviceโ€™s clipboard.
